Have you ever wondered whether a collector’s home would be approachable or as noble and luxurious as a collection? Mr. Lu, the owner of Dongshi, has a special liking for titanium artworks. The dazzling gold threads exude completely different qualities from Mr. Lu. He is amiable, talkative and full of energy, so Deke The design team created a “modern minimalist style” design based on such characteristics and needs. Garage The 41 square meters of floor space has a double garage, which is a spacious space that is quite rare in today’s residential buildings.
Living room The overall planning is centered around collections. To highlight the existence of collections, the style should be simple and elegant, so that even if there are more collections, they will not look cluttered. The location of collectibles is reserved under the cabinet. The entire cabinet is made of pure white to extend the visual sense. An intellectual and elegant painting is hung on the sofa wall to give the living room a visual focus. The living room colors are mainly black, gray and white, and soft furnishings are used to add warmth.

Kitchen kitchen
The kitchen is divided into three areas: kitchen area, appliance area and dining table. The circulation line is simple and clear. There is a spacious work surface next to the gas station. The tiles are used as the wall, which makes cleaning very easy. When you turn around, you can use electric pots, electric kettles, etc. The cabinets are divided into dark colors to divide the areas.
The dining area is independent, with enough light and ventilation, so that you won’t be full of smell after eating. Placing the dining table in the kitchen shows that the owner enjoys eating time with his family.
